I would like to see a good sleep apnea video that shows the typical dentist appliance:  A mandibular advancement device that is adjustable.  The appliance you have so far is not used by many dentists and has no scientific basis for effectiveness.  It would be good to have only FDA approved devices that have been supported by good clinical evidence - there are a few of them.

The video would show the airway closing with breathing, the appliance going in and the airway opening.  A bonus would be showing the device being adjusted to become more effective.

A second major feature would be showing a video of what patients must do after taking the appliance out to make sure their bite returns to normal.

I would be very happy to work with you guys on the details.
