I think it is really easy to access which is great. Once you get into the media it is not as new user friendly.  It would be nice if there were bigger icons and labels like the icon to increase the screen is not labeled well and the icon is not that obvious of what it does to someone who is not really experienced with computers.   Also the comment section won't work unless your signed in (how would the patient sign in?)  This software is amazing.
