Description:
Informed Consent is an important part of the Dentist/Patient relationship. Guru helps the doctor inform the user of procedures, it would be nice to tie that together by managing the consent aspect as well.

• Add support for Printable Consent Forms
• Maybe keep an electronic copy of the Consent Form
• Add 'Consent' Images that show some of the issues that may happen. Broken files, cracked theeth.
• Maybe create a consent playlist, something that can be mailed to the patient for their records and that can be saved for the Dentist?
