copy button for playlists

please put in a copy button for playlist so that we can copy a standard playlist and then copy it and rename it.

It is easy to copy a playlist. Create a new playlist in the "Customize" playlists screen. Open the playlist you want to copy on the left side (source) side. Drag the content into the new playlist and modify as needed.
